Travel sites will include the famous Mata Ortiz village, Cuarenta Casas (40 houses) a pueblo-style ruin, Cueva de La Olla, to view a huge ancient pot and Paquimé, the high desert ruins that were named as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll also visit a bakery, and witness an old-fashioned cheese operation.
